ABOUT THE DE LAGUNA COMMERCIAL DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT
A luxurious resort town known for its scenic coves, preservation and artist community inspired a working environment from Havaianas to luxury materials.
This seaside retail storefront enhanced the juxtaposition of outdoor soft seating while promoting a socially conscious interior layout. As forward thinkers we have efficiently and technically designed commercial space in an ever-evolving world.
The newly created hospitality feeling is stitched together by a continuous coco-mat runway and flanking sand color porcelain tile. A warm palette of beach tones, textures and custom design. The guest seating is tufted linen and the pony-wall design integrates a semi-privacy glass detail. FENIX custom desk work surface is velvet to the touch and showcases an acoustical felt panel and mid-century brass task light. The mirroring decorative wall sconce sets the atmosphere, mood and ambience.
