Chad Yates has 16 years of experience in the field of architecture and construction working in the Roaring Fork Valley. He previously spent time working with General Contracting firms, most recently Iglehart Construction. Chad’s strength is evident in the residential projects he has completed with the following individuals, David Easton, Eric J. Smith, Hart Howerton, Charlotte Moss, Robert G. Sinclair, Augie Reno, and Charles Cunniffe.

Chad is a Senior Project Manager with The Libman Group’s Aspen office. He is responsible for client relations, contracts, scheduling, purchasing and estimating. Chad is currently overseeing the construction of two new residences as well as several residential remodels. His ability to guide projects through every stage streamlines the process for the client, facilitating a rewarding construction experience for everyone involved.

Originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1996.
