Site inspection!

Aaron Fleck wanted to see our 8,000 SF under construction home on Exhibition Lane. 

We walked all three floors without an elevator, had 45 men working on a very active job, while he inspecting every finish, (antique flooring, marble kitchen slabs, hardware, exterior stone, window details, etc and then reviewed the architectural plans in detail for consistency and design intent. 

WOW... I had a 95 year old man performing Construction Administration and checking OSHA Safety Standards. 

We passed with flying colors and the only thing that he said "how on earth are you building this custom home in 13 months at $525 a square foot?" "I've never seen anything like it in my 45 years Aspen."
